Lol... I think you did about as good a job as can be done. There's just no way those two guitars belong merged...

To anyone thinking of getting the Disney guitar for its Tele parts - be aware the control plate and knobs are metallised plastic. The pups work but weren't exactly tone monsters - and the string spacing is quite small obviously.

Update - once I got the action down from about 7mm down to about 2mm, and tweaked the truss rod (which worked smoothly), I got it to intonate and it seems accurate up and down the neck, give or take a little. Very little buzz. The nut is utter shit with great big trenches for the strings, but I guess it's built to Hannah's specs.
