The only change I made to mine was I put cream colored pickup rings to contrast with the black of the guitar.

Should have used that Brazilian Rosewood to make some magnificent slab-board necks.
PRS are always astronomically priced. Never interested me.

Funny thing, I didn't liked PRS before, but I tolerate it now, but at no point I find headstock to be ugly.
For me it's the look of their bodeis that are deal breakers for me

... feels almost like a cut awayLes Paul. Nothing wrong with that but ain't exactly my cup of tea...
But for the price I don't doubt they are killer guitars.
