That's purdy neat, especially since they work as standard headphones.

I always WONDERED what SLIPKNOT MOTHER FUCKER would sound like playing Vox amps, I kinda reckon it'll sound a bit Beatles-y.

Got it as a little present to myself after hitting a pedal milestone - it's pretty great. More gain and tonal control than the original as you'd expect.

Since then I've actually built myself one with teh Super Lead/Super Bass switch as a toggle on the front and an inbuilt Charge Pump for 18V action from the excellent Ivark's Tagboard Effects veroboard layout site and that has kicked the original off my rehearsal/recording board and sent it home to play on the desk in my house.

Great pedal.

I got some pretty amazing tones playing into my iphone. I use sonoma guitar jack and i'll run into some different effects. I'm using fourtrack app so it's clean and it doesn't have any modeling to it. Last night i went into the golden eagle and then the scrambled brainz and holy shit. It was unreal. I had everything dimed. It sounded like a amp with blown tubes and speakers. Insane. I record bass this way. I go straight in. I like the guitar jack because it comes through the bottom of my iphone and it has level controls and it doesn't hiss. It's clean as can be.

Ha! Yeah, if you didn't want that sound it would be horrific. It's exactly what i was after. I can upload some samples.
