No, it's Woogie.
My parents loved that movie for some reason... or not so much the movie, but calling my brother or me a "foncy lad" whenever we had to dress formally. I loved how Letterman would describe it as "my movie" or "back in my film days..." when interviewing actors for years afterwards, and only a couple people in his audience would even realize he was joking.
