My friend got one a few months back. Stock set-up was junk. I shimmed the neck, fixed action, tightened truss rod, tightened up the nuts and screws. After about 30 minutes of work, it was really very nice.

I bought an Orange hardtail 1 x humbucker model last year. Everything was great except the neck, a bit flimsy. If you put any pressure on it the tuning would go flat or sharp depending on which way the pressure was applied. In the end fitted a 90s MIK Squier neck and it was awesome.

neck was the biggest issues i saw when playing them. they're way too floppy. felt like plastic, almost.
would do pink with good squier neck and mint.

I really like how you set up the toggle in between the 2 knobs.

Surgical tube on the pot shafts. Pre-wire everything and then thread the tube thru the holes. It gives you an handel to pull the stuff thru with, and is small enough to allow the nuts to slide over onto the threads, so you can hold them in place while tightening.
